What Gets in the Way of Your Career Development?
Maybe there's no career development program in your company ...
maybe you don't know how to go about developing your own career without one ...
or maybe you've tried implementing a career plan before, but it just didn't work out?

What is Career Development and Planning?
It is more than putting thoughts down on paper.
It involves a systematic approach, using time-proven methods to ensure that you land the right job that meets your needs and your timetable.
It involves an honest assessment of both your dreams and your capabilities. And it also means that when there is change, self-imposed or not, you are prepared.
How do you begin?
Essentially, career development and planning involves a comprehensive assessment of what you want and need; it also involves what you bring to the table.
First, you take a look at your skills and your preferences.
You also look at where you want to be in the next year and beyond so that you can define your short- and long-term goals.
And you take a realistic inventory of your strengths and weaknesses.
If you are just starting out in your career, your needs might not yet be clearly defined.
Your needs will evolve as your life situation changes.
Career development and planning also involves a component of day-dreaming, because that's where we all find the kernels of wisdom to guide the process.
But most importantly, it involves time well spent—a few hours a week.

How the Program Works
You work at your own pace. The program is divided into five distinct modules. Each module consists of career guidance activities and supporting tools along with a self-check quiz so that you can monitor your progress. As you work on each module, you will be able to benefit from our coaching services (This is included in the cost of the product).
To get the most from each module, allow at least two hours or more to complete the activities. Unless your situation is urgent, plan to work on all five modules at a leisurely pace, so that you have time to reflect.
It is possible, as you work through the process, that your circumstances may change. Also, thoughts may surface that you may not have initially considered—at work or in your personal life—so it is important to factor that into the time you devote to building your plan.
Program Costs
The price for the self-paced version of The Career Collaborators’ Program is $279. This includes everything you need to complete your Three-Month Career Action Plan, including time working with a career coach.
